Services Management

This release includes a new topology hierarchy for the management of customers and services. Multiple services entities can be added for each customer. Until now, a separate customer entity was created for each Live Platform service. Multiple heterogeneous services can be deployed for each customer entity, enabling you to leverage your service offerings and thereby create new revenue streams. The Services page manages all services that are deployed for a specific customer.

Highlights include:

Segregated Voice Quality and Calls monitoring based on the unique SIP entities of the services (see Quality of Experience).
Monitoring of Service alarms through unique Ids that are appended to the alarm source.
Configuring of Service Providers and Channel entities to determine which services they can deploy.
Quick Glance Services Summary including Active alarms summary and drill down, details of SIP Connections and connected Hybrid Device entities.
Single Sign-on accessibility to Service portals from Live Platform for all new services and accessible to customer users.
Filters based on Service Type.
